Crusty Demons make the jump to Via Vision
Entertainment Melbourne – January 9th, 2009: The biggest jumps, the best tricks and some seriously bad landings. It is precisely this mantra that has made the Crusty Demons one of the biggest selling extreme sports DVDs of all time. Via Vision Entertainment (VVE), which is one of Australia’s hottest independent DVD labels, is proud to announce its procurement of the Crusty Demons DVD rights for Australia and New Zealand.
The unique flavour of the Crusty Demons films provides everything from the iconic blend of bone-crunching, gravity-defying flips to a montage of rider interviews and behind-the-scenes lifestyle insights. So far over $200m AUD in ticket sales have been generated from live shows with bigger Australian tours to come. With the next DVD instalment, ‘Volume 14: A Bloodthirsty Saga’ due for release by VVE in April 2009 and the Australian Capital City tour beginning in May, Crusty Demons is sure to put a stranglehold on 2009.
VVE has had tremendous success with other key brands such as Peter Brock: Live Life, Follow Your Dreams, North & South: The Miniseries, Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman, The Drew Carey Show, Due South, Acropolis Now, Cliff Richard Live at Wembley Stadium 2008, Barack Obama His Story and the Manchester United Collector’s Pack, to name a few.

Well in excess of 250,000 copies of Crusty Demons DVDs have already been sold nationally. Icons of the sport such as Seth Enslow, Nate Adams and ‘Bubba’ have built up a strong fan base over the Crusty’s remarkable history. Australian heroes such as Blake ‘Bilko’ Williams and current long distance jump holder, Robbie Maddison, will ensure the continued success of the brand for many years to come.
